  5. Press Open

  7. Click the Insert tab. 
  8. Press the down caret next to the Object button. 
  9. Select Text from File…
  10. Find & select the next PDF you’d like to merge. (This PDF will show up second, in your newly combined PDF document). 
  11. Press Insert
  12. Press Ok Repeat steps 8-12 for all PDFs you want to combine.
  13. Once all PDFs are inserted, press File.
  14. Press Export.
  15. Press Create PDF/XPS
  16. Name your new PDF file, then press Publish.
